Village by CA challenges
Village by CA Paris Rue de La Boétie has 75 underground parking spaces for around 90 startups housed in almost 1,800m². The Zenpark team was faced with many challenges.
- Poorly-optimized access management for “Villagers”. Badge management by the previous operator did not guarantee site security, and there were frequent break-ins. The Village “Mayor” (i.e. site manager) needed a single point of contact who could guarantee rapid interventions, simple invoicing and regular contractual follow-up.
- An unsatisfactory visitor experience. External employees did not have easy access to the parking lot. It was important for the Village to equip itself with a user-friendly visitor access management solution to facilitate access.
- A parking lot invisible to the general public. A large number of parking spaces remained unoccupied, particularly in the evenings and over weekends, despite the fact that the parking lot is located in a congested area in the center of Paris’s tourist district, in the immediate vicinity of the Champs-Élysées.
With Zenpark Pro solutions
Zenpark Pro Pool
Zenpark has set up the Zenpark Pro Pool management solution to enable “Villagers” to park easily for regular or occasional needs, via a fully-digital and safer access solution. Implementing the Pro Pool solution means:
- Migrating to Zenpark’s fully-digitized means of access. Zenpark takes care of all the necessary change management to ensure that the transition to their new digital access methods (application, Zenpass) is as simple and user-friendly as possible. To achieve this, Zenpark has co-constructed a targeted communications plan with the Village by CA communications team.
- Improving in-situ signage for greater ease of use on a daily basis. Zenpark’s technical teams visit the parking lot, with the site’s Asset, Property and Security points of contact on site, brought on board to take over operation of the parking lot. It is necessary to improve signposting and make the site safer for users
- Making monitoring more efficient for the administrator. As well as being relieved of the burden of managing cumbersome badges, the administrator benefits from a monitoring tool and dedicated support for our partners.
Zenpark Pro Share
In addition to the parking spaces allocated to “Villagers”, Zenpark has set up the Share solution to market unallocated spaces to the general public, dynamically according to time slots.
- Offering parking spaces to visitors and local residents. Parking spaces can be viewed on the Zenpark application and website by reservation or subscription, for those who want to shop nearby or have a parking space reserved for them for the month.
- Generating revenue for Village by CA. In the center of Paris, the parking shortage is so great that Zenpark’s marketing of parking spaces generates more than the market rent for their owners on a monthly basis.
